That's how I searched for her on the internet, the best Wedding Planners in Spain. And there she was, I visited her website and I already knew she was going to make the perfect wedding. I contacted her, and in just 2 days of conversation, she already knew my preferences, she knew me as if we had known each other forever. She connects with brides in a very special way. Energetic, cheerful, perfectionist (which is necessary in her line of work), transparent, and with a big heart. I would choose her every time! And I'm running out of words to describe Sira. It all started a long time ago, as I was clear that if I ever got married, Sira would plan my wedding. Unexpectedly and in the most precious way, James proposed to me in the most idyllic place in Phuket. Just two days after landing, we organized a video call with Sira. Between English and Spanish, we laughed endlessly, and Sira captivated us with her magic. Here began our tale.
I am very demanding and organized in my life, in my work, and in everything in general. And even though I had hired the best wedding planner, I still wanted to know what was happening in every detail. And with over 200 guests from different parts of the world. And I am a perfectionist. Additionally, my husband and I didn't make it easy. James wanted to get married in one venue and have the banquet in another, which required organizing smooth transportation, and countless obstacles added to all our demands (Or so I thought!). For months, we also imagined what our wedding could be like, what we dreamed of, and saved inspiration photos of weddings and sent them to Sira. Also, sometimes I got nervous, thinking about all that. And Sira and Carolina calmed those nerves for me.
The reality is that they had EVERYTHING under control at all times.
The reality is that on the wedding day, everything was PERFECT, even though there was a tornado, and we didn't even notice.

Wow! I take my hat off! It is impossible to explain in words the surprise and everything we felt that day: It is a unique and incredible feeling, which I would repeat a thousand times over, and only with you. My guests are still talking about the wedding, six months later: 'The best wedding I've ever been to in my life'. But, aside from the guests, my husband and I were completely amazed by every detail and all the work of so many people behind that idyllic day. All without us noticing anything.

Words will never adequately convey how thankful we are to you for giving us the wedding of our dreams. It was pure magic, from start to finish. The detail was incredible and everything from the colour of the flowers to the setting of the tables was perfect. Dinner under the old tree with the chandeliers and fairy lights was exactly how we imagined our fairytale wonderland. The layout of the ceremony was so beautiful, and smashing the chocolate eggs after the show was something everyone still talks about! We loved every minute of our wedding.
Thank you also for finding us the best photographers and videographer, we couldn’t be happier with them! The venue for the welcome dinner was fantastic, and the pool party was the perfect way to end the weekend.
We also had so much fun with you, Sira, every time we visited Marbella! Your way of working with your clients is so unique and what made us confident that you would create something so special. We can’t believe it has already been a year since the most incredible Wedding any couple could imagine!
When we reached out to you at the beginning of our planning, we were so worried about trying to pull off a Wedding halfway across the world… we had no idea that things would work out so amazing. Despite you telling us we had plenty of time for you to plan an amazing Wedding, we were so worried and nervous - even up until we left Toronto for Spain. Well, all that worry was for nothing. You pulled off the Wedding of our dreams, and it all went so smoothly it was like it was planned 4 years in advance, not 4 months. Every detail from the decor to the musk to the food and entertainment and lighting (Oh my, the Lighting!!) Was so amazing and contributed to such an amazing experience for us and all our guests, so many of our friends commented that it was the most incredible Wedding they had ever been to. Even when we saw friends that couldn’t attend, they told us they heard the Wedding was “AMAZING” or “OFF THE HOOK” or “INCREDIBLE” or “THE MOST FUN WEDDING EVER”.
We really can’t thank you and Carolina enough for all the work that you both did to make our dream Wedding a reality. Actually that’s not a fair way to put it, because we couldn’t even have dreamed a Wedding so Amazing. It’s difficult to put into words what Sira means to me. I think I could define her as indispensable. She's a need you don't even realize you have; nowadays, I speak of her as a friend, but just a few months ago, she was only a professional to me.
A need to the point where you can't even imagine what your wedding would have been like without her. Of course, I would have gotten married, but it wouldn't have come close to the wedding I had, to what we experienced. I hope I don't sound cliché when I say it was a fairy tale wedding, magical, perfect, my dream wedding, the one I couldn't even imagine possible.
When I thought about hiring a wedding planner, I honestly didn't think it was for me. I consider myself organized and resourceful, and I thought it would be an unnecessary expense, but how wrong I was.
I could have gotten married somewhere else, with a different catering, a different dress, or different musicians, but not without her: I'm not lying when I say she was the soul of my wedding, in decoration, taste, elegance, helping me with every decision, big and small, making the whole journey much easier, beautiful, and stress-free.
In my case, this was important; due to my job, I already have a lot of stress, and although organizing a wedding may seem easy, it's not. There are so many things, so many, and in my case, many arguments with suppliers that I didn't even know about, thanks to her and Carolina.
You dedicate yourself to enjoying the journey, enjoying the wedding from the preparations. To build a dream with them that you want to turn out perfect, and they will make it a reality.
Of course, she's not only indispensable throughout the journey but also on the wedding day. She and her team, Carolina and Sandra, make you enjoy every moment with absolute tranquility, only worrying about enjoying your day, living it to the fullest, with your husband, family, and friends.
The decoration, the setup, the coordination of all the suppliers, the review and control to ensure that the entire project is going exactly as planned, and the absolute exquisite taste of everything, the flowers, the linens, the glassware… providing singers who leave all the guests speechless, helping me find a surprise for the groom (in my case, a Cuban lady who made cigars live during the entire wedding), finding the best option for the ideas you give her, like live watercolor painting for the guests, the complete transformation of the party room into what seemed like the best club in Seville with screens and furniture, I could go on like this indefinitely, but I don't want to tire you.
I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to organize your wedding. I promise this won't be the only event she organizes in my life because that's the way to ensure that everything will turn out wonderful.
In one of our wedding planning meetings, I told her that I didn't know I was so eager to get married until she entered my life when I hired her: Sira is that: pure excitement. Thank you!

My husband and I got married in late May 2019 and decided to do a destination wedding so our guests had an excuse to truly unplug from their day-to-day routine and celebrate our milestone with us. Meeting each other on the way to a destination wedding ourselves, the “guest experience” at our wedding was very important to me and my husband, and we communicated that very early on with Sira and team.
There is no simpler way to describe our planning experience than to say Sira just “got it.” When I described my vision for décor and the importance of our guest experience, she listened and it was almost as if she was in my head and could finish my sentences. Despite being miles away in the United States, I still had a strong desire to be involved in the small details and Sira and her team were flexible and accommodating with my (sometimes intense) personality.
Sira’s passion for her job shows in her attitude and is reflected in her work product and dedication. Her team is so pleasant to work with, which made the planning process a lot easier. They definitely exceeded expectations and really worked to get the best end product within our budget (whether it was décor, room set up, etc.), which truly encompasses a work ethic that I admire.
Our guests had such a good time at our wedding, partying until 4:30 a.m., that many asked if we could turn back time and do it again after it was over. A few have already asked us if we can all go back to Malaga to celebrate of our anniversaries!
